Shipyard Standard License
The following terms apply to all tools purchased on Shipyard.
What you get
- Full source code of the purchased tool
- Deploy to your own cloud account (Vercel, Cloudflare, Railway, etc.)
- Personal and commercial use
- Modify the code for your own use
- Lifetime access to the version you purchased
What you cannot do
- Redistribute the source code (free or paid)
- Resell the tool or create derivative products for sale
- Share your download with others
- Remove or alter license attribution
- Claim the work as your own
Refund policy
- Digital products are non-refundable
- If the tool doesn't work as described, contact the seller first
- Shipyard may issue refunds at its discretion for tools that are materially different from their listing
Updates
- Your purchase includes the version available at time of purchase
- Future updates are at the seller's discretion
- Sellers may offer paid update tiers in the future
Seller obligations
- Sellers retain ownership of their code
- Sellers grant Shipyard a license to host, display, and distribute demos
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
Disputes
- Contact the seller directly for support issues
- Shipyard mediates if seller is unresponsive
- Shipyard reserves the right to delist tools that violate these terms
